Work You’ll Do
As a Business Technology Solutions Intern, you will be a vital part of a client service team,
partnering with varied and skilled team members to help solve multifaceted business challenges,
enhance performance, and provide value for clients across a wide range of sectors.
While a profession in digital transformation consulting is dynamic and constantly growing, each
client engagement necessitates specialized abilities. Our first objective is to set up our employees
for success so that they may have a remarkable impact on our clients. We know that you have
diverse abilities, experiences, and interests, so we have divided the broad breadth of the Scholar
function into skill-based profiles in order to best match each Analyst with an initial focus area.
These profiles connect with market-leading solutions and skill sets, such as cloud computing,
digital marketing, front- and back-end programming, JavaScript, machine learning, and artificial
intelligence.
As a Business Technology Solutions Intern, you will apply strategic technology solutions to
provide suggestions that optimize the usage of technology inside a business. We need someone
who can work fluidly between both business and information technology stakeholders, knowing
the company and applying analytical skills to help customers capitalize on the growth potential
presented by the adoption of digital transformation. In addition to understanding company digital
transformation solutions, this individual should be a keen observer and learner, possess excellent
analytical and critical thinking skills, and be able to solve complicated challenges and articulate
their results.
To give excellent value to our clients, we are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about
building expertise in a specific technology solution. In addition, we need a Scholar who is
enthusiastic, imaginative, intellectually curious, self-motivated and instils a great deal of
confidence in team members and clients.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree completed between December 2023 and Spring 2024 in these
related areas of study
• Computer Information Systems, Information Technology
• Computer science/engineering
• Business Information Technology
• Marketing
• Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the country
How You’ll Grow
Throughout the internship program, you will be mentored and trained both formally and
informally. Our internship program gives an overview of the technical skills and important
professional behaviours, norms, and mindsets required to maximize your internship experience.
A range of team-based, hands-on exercises and activities are included in the program.
Aside from formal training, you will have the opportunity to work with talented IT professionals,
allowing you to ask questions and get significant real-world experience while working on client
engagements.
